Low volume roads
Nováková, Kristýna ; Stehlík, Dušan (referee) ; Hýzl, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to process the issue of low volume roads in a theoretical way. Attention will be paid to experiences abroad and in Czech republic as well, considering the structural composition, used methods, materials and costs.
Posouzení vybraných vlastností konstrukčních materiálů pro dřevostavby
Schiel, Jakub
At first this diploma thesis tests and compared selected physical and mechanical properties of various construction materials. Furthermore, thesis compares results with measured values determined by manufacturer. In next part of thesis is de-signed similar wall composition which is differs only by sheeting material. On every wall composition was calculated heat transmittance. Compositions are compared with each other, further there are compared economically.
Metody ochrany karoserií vozidel proti korozi
Ulver, Marek
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of corrosion and ways of corrosion protection in terms of car bodyworks. In the first part there is described the theoretical basis of corrosion systems with focus on identification of the different types of corrosion. This part is followed by a description of the protection methods against corrosion. The second part deals with the issue of structural materials which are used in car industry. The last part deals with the anti-corrosion treatment of car bodywork, where the attention is paid to technologies used in mass production.
Využití kompozitních materiálů a lehkých slitin pro výrobu rámů jízdních kol
Pernica, Jakub
The bachelor thesis is focused on the construction materials which are used for the production of bicycle frames. Each construction material has different material properties that affect the production technology and final qualities of the bicycle frame. This thesis describes modern as well as newly introduced technologies of producing bike frames, mainly in the processing of aluminum alloys and carbon composites. At the classical materials, such as aluminum alloys, titanium, or steel, the heat treatment after the welding of a frame plays the main role for the resulting strength. An important part of this work is the comparison of mechanical properties of each material with today s very used materials, carbon composites. The carbon composites offer unique opportunities for optimal dimensation of the profiles of frame tubes. This makes it possible to achieve a lightweight, but still very strong frame.

Hodnocení mechanických vlastností QSB desky a jejich srovnání s vlastnostmi vybraných konstrukčních materiálů pro dřevostavby
Fait, Petr
The aim of this dissertation was to prepare a literery overview of the material broadly used for the wooden constructions and their consecutive experimental trials focused to strength and module of elasticity in bending at strictly selected large oriented strandbo-ards, quality strandboards and chipboards at different levels of moisture. The next phase of the dissertation was to prepare a statistics evaluation of gained data and results during the evaluation period which are outlined at different forms including tables and statistics charts.
